A large job from start to finish, we revamped the entire home's interior finish trim and exterior facia. The project included removing old baseboard and crown to reinstall larger trim. To match the new trim, the homeowner requested the doors be replaced and the casing replaced to match. In the end, the home has an updated feel that adds home value and appeal.

For this client we helped on both the exterior and interior of the home. Beginning with the exterior of the home we removed, replaced and caulked the entire exterior facia and partial soffit with new cedar. Once painted, it will last another 20 years of the hard Florida weather.
In the interior, we removed and replaced all the exising baseboard and crown moulding. Updating the look to a more modern design. As part of the interior work, we also installed new interior doors throughout, continuing the modern theme.
